We believe that you will like our products, as we do our best to offer you the best ones on the market that will suit your needs and expectations. If you change your mind for any reason, you can let us know within 30 days and get your money back. Our return policy is based on UK law. Alternatively, you can exchange it with any other appliance. To return the item, the buyer must get aware of several points:
- The returned appliance must be in its original packaging, with the same parts, including all the accessories.
- The item must be unused and undamaged by the buyer.
- The buyer is responsible for returning any appliance to us.
- You will receive your money back within 7 days.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- You have the right to receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for a product that is deemed as faulty. We have the right to ascertain the fault with the product and may need to have the claim verified by an engineer from the manufacturer before we can agree to the fault.
- If you chose not to unpack your products and intend to store your products in the packaging, you must inform us of any damage to items within 48 hours after acceptance of delivery. We will ask to see photographic evidence of the damage.
Click and Collect Returns
- In the unfortunate event that a product you have collected from our store is damaged after unpacking, you are responsible for returning the item to our premises. We do not collect damaged click and collect products from customer properties.
- We do not accept any claims for travelling expenses incurred.
